I think I have officially hit a bit of a plateau. My calories have been good the last two weeks but I have only lost 0.4 lb. That puts me at a total loss of 49.2 lb, which is great, but I’m really hoping to get to 50 lb lost soon.
In other news, I have decided I am ready to exercise again. I still have some pain from surgery, but not enough that it hinders me. Yesterday I ordered a new scale (mine has been jankity) and a running belt. I have really been in the mood to start running again, so I am going to start the couch to 5k programs before it gets too cold outside. I’ll have to wake up before work to do it… so we’ll see if it actually happens.
Speaking of my new scale, I’m a bit worried that when it gets here, and I use it for the first time, it will be like, “You are totally not really in Onederland, fuck you!” I haven’t stayed under 200 lb for more than a week or two ever. Hmm. I’ll just have to wait and see.
