This was a good week. I exercised five times including the first three runs of Couch to 5K. Plus, bumping up my calories seems to have worked. Here is my weigh-in from yesterday:
Highest: 245 lb
Last Time: 195.8
Today: 194.4 lb (-1.4 lb)
Total Loss: 50.6 lb
So, that means I have officially lost 50 lb from my highest weight. I’ll be honest and say I’m underwhelmed about it. I honestly don’t see any difference in my pictures and my measurements have not changed much. Hopefully the increase in exercise will help with that. I will say that I am a bit nervous that I am going to just… stop. Right now, I’m really motivated. What if it goes away? I don’t know. I think I’m just in a bad mood.
This week I want to exercise six times and increase my water intake. I also want to decrease my sugar intake a bit.
