This week was fine. I don’t know. I continue to feel less positive everyday. However I can say that I am loving C25K. I actually almost finished it a few years ago, but I got sick during the last week and then I just… stopped. Now, I’ll be starting week three tomorrow, and I look forward to each run. This week will be tough because it’s the first with the same amount of running as walking.

Not a gain, but I still feel a bit disappointed. I worked out six times this week, but only on five days. My calories were pretty much perfect. I didn’t reduce my sugar intake, so that will be my goal for next week as well.
My birthday is on Halloween and I’d like to lose at least 2 lb by then. I don’t usually do date specific weight loss goals (other than for the dietbets), but I just need the extra motivation.
Also, I’m going to buy a kettlebell tomorrow! Exciting, haha. And maybe a cold weather running shirt.
